- Business Identity: Legal Name, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
- Contact Information: Business email, phone number, and physical address.
- Transaction Data: Sales records, VAT amounts, and customer details required for IRN generation.
2. Purpose of Processing
Your data is processed strictly for the following purposes:
- Synchronization of e-invoices with the National Revenue System (NRS).
- Generation of unique, digitally signed Invoice Reference Numbers (IRN).
- Provision of technical support via our internal ticketing system.
- Compliance with FIRS regulatory reporting requirements.
3. Data Security & Encryption
We implement industry-leading security protocols to safeguard your information:
- Encryption at Rest: All sensitive database records are encrypted using AES-256.
- Encryption in Transit: Data transmission is secured via TLS 1.3 (HTTPS).
- Access Control: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is mandatory for all account access.
4. Data Retention
In accordance with Nigerian tax laws, financial records and e-invoices are retained for a minimum of six (6) years to facilitate audits and compliance reviews by the FIRS.
